Once you have paid your debt, B2 Kapital will withdraw the execution instruments and, at your request, will return all collateral to you. If necessary, we will also issue a corresponding statement of erasure / declaration for the return of ownership rights to the property that was the subject of the pledge and will cease all active legal proceedings.
