Job Summary:

IT CRM and ERP Business Administrator responsibilities include configurating, updating and adjusting the CRM and ERP systems based on business requirements, acting as a bridge between end users and IT system, resolving problem tasks in the level of 1st Level End User support but also optimizing of business process implemented in supervised IT systems as well as training staff in efficient system usage.

This job position is the synergy of IT Business analyst, 1st Level support and DBA as it requires the knowledge of SQL language.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Business administration of CRM and ERP systems with new system coming
  • Creates end-user’s accounts, defines and controls levels of access in business systems together with the support of System Administrator. Does not work in the part of System administration or DB maintenance
  • Configuration and maintenance of business systems used
  • First level of support in daily operational work in CRM and ERP systems using JIRA.
  • Work on different IT implementation projects across the international environment

Job summary:

System Administrator responsibilities include configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, providing support for both hardware and software issues that may arise, monitoring the system daily and respond quickly to any security breaches or usability concerns, regularly upgrading systems as needed.

  • Managing network devices (update, configure, maintenance, solve issues, FortiGate firewall knowledge is an advantage)

Job Summary:

The requirements of the Legal Advisor position is to provide accuracy in delivery of reliable, accurate, timely and well-informed legal opinions and interpretations as well as views and suggestions to his / hers superiors on legal issues and the potential legal implications of various corporate strategies and business initiatives and projects.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate and process contracts with Vendors. Agreement types include among others: nondisclosure, software license/sublicense, cloud contracts, SLA's and dispute settlements
  • Provide advice and contract interpretation to Employer senior management on the provisions of specific agreements as well as legal issues that might impact the business, with a particular focus on the IT area of business;
  • Secure proper approval on nonstandard legal, issues raised in contract documents;
  • Review, analyze and maintain standard contracts and other business documents;
  • Participate on and lead departmental and cross-functional teams passionate about continuous process improvement;
  • Assure conformity and consistency in the application of Employer's legal and business policies and practices;
  • Support the training requirements of Employer organizations by providing presentations on key legal/contract issues that impact the business;
  • Demonstrate very strong skills and competence in IP Law and relevant mentorship to the business teams;
