HR Advisor (m/f)

 

Job Summary:

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for delivery of a full range of human resource services. One of your main roles is advising both employers and clients on both recruiting new staff and taking care of the current ones once they get hired. Assisting with employee relations and performance management is also a vital part of this role, from disciplinary to grievance processes and performance to capability assessments. Overall, the HR advisor is responsible for anything to do with HR, ensuring all policies are consistent and that all HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepares and controls employees’ personnel records
  • Participates in compilation of work contracts
  • Participate and organizes internal and external tenders, performs selection and conversations with candidates, proposes candidates to the Head of Human resources and the Board
  • Organizes and implements internal and external educations for all employees
  • Performs weekly, monthly and annual reports according to the claim of the Head of Human resources or the Board
  • Deals with various HR queries throughout the business
  • Monitors, reviews and updates all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with the current legislation
  • Informs employees of their rights and entitlements and keeping them up to date on any changes that are made
  • Manages staff relationships, responds to any queries or problems that they have and manages their expectations
  • Handles HR matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirements
  • Assists with and developing on any recruitment campaigns
  • Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports
  • Responsible for keeping compliance with the policies, regulations, procedures and other acts, as well as for the fulfillment of prescribed control procedures

Education and qualifications:

  • Interpersonal skills and being a team player are absolute musts, as you will work with a number of people at all levels across the business.
  • Self-confidence and being persuasive are important soft skills to have
  • Organizational competences, independence, professionalism, advanced knowledge of English language

Technical skills:

  • Excellent level of proficiency with MS Office

Readiness to travel:

IT Business Administrator (m/f)

 

Job Summary:

IT Business Administrator responsibilities include configurating, updating and adjusting the system based on business requirements, acting as a bridge between end users and IT system, resolving problem tasks and training staff in how to use the system effectively.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintains and supervises local computer networks
  • Manages the system and monitors its performance on daily base
  • Creates user’s accounts, defines and controls levels access
  • Develops new systems and testing the procedures to ensure their reliability work
  • Establishes, maintains and manages user’s accounts
  • Develops IT procedures and programs
  • Responsible for documentation, testing and implementation actions for back-up and restoration of system
  • Monitors the development of technology and suggests its efficient implementation to the Head of department
  • Cooperating with external vendors to ensure the maximum efficiency and functionality
  • Identifying potential improvements of the system based on business needs

Education and qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree (IT, mathematics or similar)
  • 1-3 years experience in the similar job positions
  • Proficient English, verbal and written

Skills and specifications:

  • Knowledge in operating bug tracking systems and IT support processes
  • Good knowledge of SQL programming language is mandatory
  • Good operating and administrating skills for Windows platform
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • Professionalism, independence, flexibility
  • Desired, but not essential: understanding processes in financial institutions, previous experience or exposure to banking and telco systems, knowledge working in JIRA or any other issues tracking system

Job Summary:

IT Project Manager responsibilities include coordinating internal company resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects with emphasis on various projects. It includes structing, organizing and developing project plans and monitoring their realization.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Planning, preparing and creating comprehensive projects
  • Developing project plans and monitoring the realization within the given time frames and budgets
  • Maintaining communication with third parties/vendors
  • Performing appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks
  • Integrates information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness
  • Drafting project and financial reports for company management
  • Ensures that employees are following computer use policies, information security and privacy
  • Preparing presentation and educational materials
  • Responsible for preparation of other tasks according to the project’s neediness

Education and qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree (IT, mathematics or similar)
  • 2 years experience in the similar job positions as project manager or project coordinator
  • Proficient English, verbal and written

Skills and specifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of project management, PMI
  • Advanced computer literacy including MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • Professionalism, independence, flexibility, well-organized
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team

Web System Administrator (m/f)

 

Job Summary:

Web System Administrator responsibilities include configuration, updating and adjusting the used system based on business requirements, acting as a bridge between end users and IT system, resolving problem tasks and training staff in how to use the system effectively.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Performs internal surveillance of web system and business needs
  • Participates in the managing of web system infrastructure with control over the database (MSSQL)
  • Manages business cooperation with external software vendors and other providers of IT services
  • Participates in the development of the web system
  • Analyzes all present and future business needs in order to define the functioning of requirements that web applications must accomplish, in collaboration with IT users and with the support of external suppliers
  • Advises users about the procedure for areas that are not well-known
  • Provides help for solving the complaints and other user’s problems
  • Receives reports related with system problems, conducts their processing and participate in their resolving
  • Communicates with other organizational units to solve specific web problems or to develop the work of thw web system
  • Prepares regular reports and manages daily end user administration in the web system
  • Controls the correctness of the results of individual processing, rectifies the detected errors and takes the necessary activities to prevent new

Education and qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree (IT, mathematics or similar)
  • 1-3 years experience in the similar job positions

Skills and specifications:

  • Basic knowledge of MS SQL, HTML, CSS, C#
  • Knowledge working in JIRA, WEB CMS systems
  • DB management (DB backups)

Workout Advisor (m/f)

 

Job Summary:

Workout Advisor is accountable for delivering a broad and deep relationship with clients, ensuring a longer term strategic relationship is maintained. Position requires strongly motivated person able to meet expectations and to take hands-on approach to problem solving by using the initiative and available resources to provide proposals and solutions. Proactive monitoring and managing clients in collection process of legal entities, capable to achieve successful communication with all involved as well as cooperation with internal and external parties, collateral holders and investors. Debt collection proposals plans, analysis of selling and collecting individual receivables, negotiation and reports.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • To proactively manage cases providing the highest standards in customer relationship
  • Responsibility for establishing successful business cooperation with all involved parties in debt process, maintaining long term strategic relationship
  • Providing professional evaluation of cases and preparing client’s recovery strategy
  • Daily communication with all involved sides
  • Implementation and managing activities to deliver increased value
  • Repayment plans with emphasis of more efficient debt collection and reduction of unsettled claims
  • Monitor performance of strategic plans and evaluate successes, risks and opportunities
  • Performing administrative tasks according to job requirements
  • Preparing and expounding reports
  • Proactivly resolving client’s requests
  • Participating in takeover and analyzing of documentation of purchased portfolios
  • Cooperation with legal advisors and follow up on the ongoing proceedings
  • Monitors and coordinates clients accounts and activities from collection process

Education and qualifications:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in appropriate field of study
  • 1-3 years experience in the financial sector or companies that have a financial background
  • Proficient English

  • Knowledge of financial terminology
  • Familiar with collection process and collaterals – advantage
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
