According to the Civil Obligations Act, through the Contract of Cession (article 80 – 86), B2 Kapital has purchased your due, unpaid debt. As the new creditor, B2 Kapital has taken over further process of collecting the debt in question. According to the law you need to be informed of this debt purchase after the process is finished and your consent is not necessary.
When it comes to repayment options we are flexible and try to adapt them as much as possible to your personal and financial situations. If you cannot repay the full debt amount at once, we can offer you an installment plan, which we agree upon together. We can also agree on a repayment of debt with discount (partial write off). For more information on each option please contact our call center at +385 1 560 5540 or send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All previously activated enforcement documents and collaterals shall be withdrawn and released upon repayment of the debt they are related to.
B2 Kapital performs the necessary steps as soon as the debt is repaid and sends the requests for withdrawals of the blockades to included relevant institutions (FINA, Pension fund, employers). For the following steps we kindly ask for your patience since the aforementioned institutions do not have a legally defined deadline to perform their activities to unblock your account.
If your account is blocked and you have opened a protected account, your protected income cannot be seized.
The debt you've had with your previous creditor has been transferred to B2 Kapital, and in relation to the transfer itself there have been no additional fees or costs for you, except the default interest, the rate for which is defined by the law.
