IT Project Manager (m/f)

Job Summary:

IT Project Manager responsibilities include coordinating internal company resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects with emphasis on various projects. It includes structing, organizing and developing project plans and monitoring their realization.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Planning, preparing and creating comprehensive projects
  • Developing project plans and monitoring the realization within the given time frames and budgets
  • Maintaining communication with third parties/vendors
  • Performing appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks
  • Integrates information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness
  • Drafting project and financial reports for company management
  • Ensures that employees are following computer use policies, information security and privacy
  • Preparing presentation and educational materials
  • Responsible for preparation of other tasks according to the project’s neediness

Education and qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree (IT, mathematics or similar)
  • 2 years experience in the similar job positions as project manager or project coordinator
  • Proficient English, verbal and written

Skills and specifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of project management, PMI
  • Advanced computer literacy including MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio

IT CRM and ERP Administrator (m/f)

 

Job Summary:

IT CRM and ERP Business Administrator responsibilities include configurating, updating and adjusting the CRM and ERP systems based on business requirements, acting as a bridge between end users and IT system, resolving problem tasks in the level of 1st Level End User support but also optimizing of business process implemented in supervised IT systems as well as training staff in efficient system usage.

This job position is the synergy of IT Business analyst, 1st Level support and DBA as it requires the knowledge of SQL language.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Business administration of CRM and ERP systems with new system coming
  • Creates end-user’s accounts, defines and controls levels of access in business systems together with the support of System Administrator. Does not work in the part of System administration or DB maintenance
  • Configuration and maintenance of business systems used
  • First level of support in daily operational work in CRM and ERP systems using JIRA
  • Work on different IT implementation projects across the international environment
  • Cooperating with external IT vendors to ensure the maximum efficiency and functionality of implemented business systems

Education and qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree (IT, mathematics or similar)
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the similar job positions
  • Proficient English, verbal and written
  • MS SQL language GURU or the willingness to become one
  • .NET is an advantage

Skills and specifications:

  • Knowledge in operating bug tracking systems and IT support processes working in JIRA
  • Good knowledge of SQL language is mandatory
  • Basic understanding of CRM, ERP and DMS systems
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (.NET would be perfect)

Legal Advisor (m/f)

 

Job Summary:

The requirements of the Legal Advisor position is to provide accuracy in delivery of reliable, accurate, timely and well-informed legal opinions and interpretations as well as views and suggestions to his / hers superiors on legal issues and the potential legal implications of various corporate strategies and business initiatives and projects.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Taking action in enforcement, litigation and bankruptcy proceedings
  • Drafting proposals for enforcement, lawsuits, appeals and other submissions
  • Composition of contracts, agreements and settlement offers
  • Composition of opinions on the conduct of enforcement, litigation and bankruptcy proceedings
  • Provide legal advice to the collection department
  • Coordinate work with attorneys representing the company in court proceedings
  • Communication with courts, public notaries and state administration institutions
  • Representing and giving instructions in legal proceedings
  • Resolving complaints and client requests
  • Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports

Education and qualifications:

  • Law degree and bar exam
  • 1-3 years experience in the financial sector, law firms, or companies that have a financial background
  • Proficient English

Skills and specifications:

  • Knowledge of land registry law
  • Good knowledge of the Enforcement Act, Civil Procedure Act, and Bankruptcy Law
  • Knowledge of bank / financial terminology
  • Familiar with collection process and collaterals - advantage
  • Proven analytical and opinion writing ability
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate other team members and to manage projects to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Experience drafting various legal documents

Technical skills:

  • Excellent level of proficiency with MS Office

Position: COLLECTION ADVISOR

 

Job Summary:

 

The requirements of the Collection Advisor position considers quality access to clients through daily telephone, letter and e-mail communication for the purpose of payment plan arrangements. It considers cooperation with other departments of the company, performing counseling and support for clients on a professional level.

 

Location

  • Budapest, Hungary

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Communicates with all participants in debt on a daily basis
  • Controls the orderliness of payments and performs debt collection processes
  • Proposes repayment plans to debtors in its jurisdiction with emphasis of more efficient collection and reduction of unsettled claims
  • Resolves client’s requests
  • Ensures control and maintenance of client accounts and documents activities in collection process
  • Responsible for promptness, veracity and credibility of the information he/ she stores into the system
  • Responsible for performing assignments in accordance with rules of the profession
  • Performs other assignments from the scope of work given by his/ hers direct superiors
  • Responsible for keeping compliance with the policies, regulations, procedures and other acts, as well as for the fulfillment of prescribed control procedures

Education and qualifications:

  • Minimum Education Requirements : High school
  • 1 year experience in the similar positions – advantage
  • Good in English - advantage
